Operator and scope

This store is operated by LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. Shell Oracle and Lambwick are brands operated within the same business. Purchases made through this store and its shared Shopify checkout are made with LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED, not with two separate brand contracting entities.

These Terms apply to use of the store and purchases made through it. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. They do not restrict rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product and order information

Review the product description, selected options, price, currency and processing estimate before completing a purchase. Products may be ready to ship, made to order or supplied through an individually agreed commission. The relevant product page or confirmed commission information describes the item being ordered.

Where a product description identifies handmade work or natural materials, reasonable variations in those features may occur. This does not excuse delivery of an incorrect, defective or materially misdescribed item and does not remove the default return policy.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details so that we can process and fulfill your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will communicate with you if an availability or other material order issue needs resolution rather than silently substituting materially different goods or terms.

Prices and payment

The selected item, currency and applicable charges are presented through the product page, confirmed commission quotation and checkout as relevant. Payment is processed using the methods offered through the store's Shopify checkout and its payment providers.

Import duties, customs charges and applicable import taxes associated with normal delivery are borne by us as described in the Shipping Policy. Any exceptional destination arrangement requires communication and customer confirmation before fulfillment. Other applicable checkout taxes or charges are shown as part of the purchase process; this policy does not authorize undisclosed later charges.

Commission inquiries

Sending a commission inquiry or uploading reference material does not create an order or payment obligation. We confirm the proposed work, final price and expected production time before creating the order or payment link.

Commissions and personalized or made-to-order goods have the same default 14-day return policy as other goods. Only lawful, order-specific conditions clearly disclosed and agreed before payment may apply differently to an individual commission.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Production and processing time is separate from transit time. The applicable product page or confirmed commission information provides the processing estimate; our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements and responsibility for import charges.

Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy, including the 14-day-after-delivery contact window. Customers bear reasonable return postage for an ordinary change-of-mind return unless applicable law requires otherwise; we bear reasonable costs arising from damaged, defective or incorrect goods or our fulfillment error.

If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order can still be cancelled before dispatch, we will confirm the cancellation and refund as appropriate. After dispatch, the 14-day return policy applies instead. There is no fixed hourly cancellation deadline or cancellation fee, and greater rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Where offered and agreed, the USD 40 Rush Production Fee pays for priority production or processing, not a standalone delivery upgrade. Any express delivery expressly included in a confirmed order remains included. For an ordinary change-of-mind cancellation or return, the fee is normally non-refundable only after the agreed rush service has actually begun. It is refundable if the service has not begun, if the cancellation or return is caused by our fault, if we cannot provide the agreed rush service, or where mandatory law requires a refund. Original delivery charges are treated as set out in the Refund Policy.

Communications, privacy and use of the store

Our Privacy Policy describes the use of information submitted through checkout, chat, forms, commission inquiries and other store services. An inquiry or purchase is not by itself permission for every form of marketing.

Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation, misuse another person's account or information, or submit material that you are not entitled to provide. Keep any account access details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform; LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED remains the seller and your contact for our products, fulfillment and these store policies. Payment and other independent services may have their own applicable terms.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms for future use and purchases. A later update does not by itself remove rights or agreed conditions attached to an existing order. The published version will show its revision date.
